We are privileged to paint and draw in a wonderful gallery environment with some fantastic models. We also want to ensure that all our members get the best out of every session. This means following a few simple rules

Please minimise any disruption while sessions are underway

Please be considerate and respectful towards the models and other artists

• Remember to turn mobile phones to silent.

• Do not take any photos during a session.

• Keep walkways clear to allow everyone to move freely around the gallery.

• Make space for other artists if you can and avoid blocking their view of the model.

• If you are using an easel, you should set up behind the front row of seated artists.

• When exhibitions are on, please be ultra careful and avoid touching the exhibits.

• Any spillages should be mopped up immediately. If you use paint or friable media please cover the floor underneath where you are working with paper or cloth.

• Any work requiring fixative should be taken outside for spraying.

• Only odour-free solvents should be used inside.

• Avoid moving equipment during the session, but please do help put it away when the session has ended.

• If you arrive late or need to leave early, please try not to disturb the other artists.
